This document explains what data Poker Bot AI collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website and to any communication you start with our team.
1. Who we are
Poker Bot AI is an independent software provider. We develop poker software and do not organize gambling. Contact for any request relating to this document: support@pokerbotai.com.
2. What we collect
Contact details you give us — a Telegram username or link, and an optional comment, submitted through the contact form.
Correspondence — messages you send us on Telegram or by email, kept so we can answer and keep context on your setup.
Technical data — standard server logs and anonymised analytics: page, referrer, approximate region, device class.
3. Why we process it
To answer your inquiry and prepare a quote for your rooms, stakes and volume.
To provide and support the software you have licensed.
To keep the site secure and to understand which guides are read.
4. What we never do
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with poker rooms or networks, and we do not use it for advertising profiles. Client screenshots and testimonials are published only with explicit permission and with identifying information removed.
5. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@pokerbotai.com and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Retention
Form submissions are kept for 12 months. Correspondence relating to an active licence is kept for as long as the licence is active, and for 24 months afterwards.
7. Changes
When this document changes materially we update the date at the top and, where the change affects you directly, mention it in our Telegram news channel.
